Limited WARRANTY CERTIFICATE and CONDITIONS
The warranty provided for herein applies only to the first personal purchaser or gift recipient.
I.e. a legitimate purchaser, it does not cover any 2nd hand sales or when
our product is provided by any airline or anyone else as a damage replacement.
The term of the warranty is as per the warranty certificate as attached to each item.
One cannot assume it is 10 years, as it may not be.
All manufacturer warranty claims with us, must be supported by presenting the
Warranty card/certificate showing the Range/Style details and
length of any warranty applicable for the product
and accompanied by your proof of purchase, listing the item claimed.
It is each the customers responsibilty to always retain their warranty card.
The customer is responsible for any freight or delivery costs.
Our Australian manufacturer's warranty placed on our products is valid against defects in materials
and workmanship for the period of the warranty, as shown on each warranty card, for and by a legitimate purchaser.
Allowing for reasonable wear and tear and excluding any damage, of any kind by anyone,
should any fault or defect become apparent during the warranty period, IT Luggage™ Australia will
endeavor to repair or replace the product.
Replacement will be at IT Luggage's discretion for any discontinued ranges.
Refunds can only be requested, if the purchase was made from IT Luggage.
One cannot ever claim a refund, where the customer purchased our products elsewhere,
such as with a retailer.
This warranty, is not to be used or ever thought of as any insurance against damage, that can
and does occur whist travelling. Use your travel insurance.
IT Luggage™ are unable to take responsibility for any damage, breakages or wear that may
arise due to any reason, such as, impact, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme
temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage
(including by airlines for example) or damage to the goods in any way.
Including by using them in a way they were not meant to be used.
This includes towed into curbing or drag damage done to wheels or parts of the case and
or lack of service by cleaning/maintaining any wheels or other moving parts.
Or any damage to the interior, by any tearing of the internal fabric.
By incorrect packing, allowing protruding and or heavy objects into the divider.
Including the forced closing of any expander, by using this expanded zipper to compress the contents, when packed expanded and the then subsequent forcible tearing or ripping of the interior, especially to any packing divider.
Should damage occur in the care of airline personnel, or other common carriers, including cruise lines, Taxi drivers, or any other handler of your luggage, it is always your responsibility to a claim immediately for it to be reviewed by the carrier or handler.
|What is not covered or is specifically excluded.|
1. Damage to the product in any way, including as a result of misuse, or by the actions of others. Including being used in conducting a business or in any other commercial way or purpose. This also excludes, but is not limited to, the cracking, denting, chipping to any hard sided products in any way.
2. Incidental and consequential damages are expressly disclaimed.
3. Any freight and or postage costs.
4. Wheels - From any dirt, debris, wear or damage to wheels or axels.
5. Zip Pull/Slides and Zips, damaged or detached from the zip runs/teeth, including any expander.
6. Any repairs or modifications other than our Authorised Repair Agent or Service Centre, unless duly authorised by us.
7. Labour charges and damages attributable to work performed by anyone
other than our Authorised Repair Agents.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are hereby excluded.
